After attending York College of Art and Cleveland Collage Of Art & Design many years ago training in Graphic Design & as a Textile Artiat, I have continued to work in much the same relaxed, vintage style ever since.

I have said for more than 25 years, I work with "stitches to be seen".

I live lightly in County Durham with my husband, two chilren, my three kitty cats and Darwin, our tortoise.

I have a passion for anything vintage, sketching, coffee....and of course cake.

When not at my studio doing all number of textile related things, i can be found sketching ourdoors for my next landscape, snug in my home studio making things of beauty or of an evening, patchworking with a cat Agatha on my knee.

"My life has been measured in stitches"
